Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund.

 

 

 

V. Content Responsibility

 

 

  • Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or transmit.

  • We do not pre-screen all content but reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content for Platform operation.

VI Subscription Plans

 

 

We offer the following premium subscription plans:

 

  • 1-Month Premium Plan

  • 3-Month Premium Plan

  • 6-Month Premium Plan

 

 

Premium benefits are valid only for the duration of the subscription period and expire automatically at the end of the plan.

 

 

 

VII. One-Day Pass

 

 

  • We offer a One-Day Pass priced at ₹119, valid until 11:59 PM (IST) on the same calendar day of purchase.

  • The One-Day Pass expires automatically at midnight, regardless of purchase time.

  • No extensions, carry-forward, or refunds apply.

 

 

 

 

VIII. Subscription Validity

 

 

  • Premium access is time-based, not usage-based.

  • Unused time or features do not carry forward.

  • Multiple purchases may extend the validity period at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

IX. Payments and Refunds

 

 

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or user error.

 

 

 

 

X. No Guarantee of Results

 

 

  • Premium or paid access does not guarantee matches, interactions, visibility, or success.

  • Features are provided on a best-effort basis.

 

 

 

 

XI. Safety and Disclaimer

 

 

  • Users interact at their own risk.

  • We do not conduct criminal background checks.

  • We are not responsible for offline interactions, meetings, or consequences arising from user connections.

  • Users are advised to exercise caution and good judgment.

 

 

 

 

XII. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • All Platform content, branding, software, and features are owned or licensed by the Company.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

 

 

 

 

XIII. Canva Design Credits

 

 

  • Certain design elements, templates, icons, or visual assets used in the Platform are sourced from Canva.

  • Full credit and acknowledgment are given to Canva and its contributors, and all such elements are used in accordance with Canva’s licensing terms.

  • Canva is not affiliated with, nor endorses, this Platform.

 

 

 

 

XIV. Third-Party Services

 

 

  • The Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, or moderation services.

  • We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers.

 

 

 

 

XV. Account Suspension and Termination

 

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice

  • Remove content

  • Restrict access to features

 

 

if we believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable law.

 

 

 

XVI. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for user behavior or user-generated content
