The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. We may require age verification at any time and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.

                                              II. Nature of the Service

The Service is a real-time dating and social interaction platform that enables users to connect and communicate with other users. We do not guarantee matches, conversations, responses, visibility, compatibility, relationships, or outcomes of any kind. All interactions occur at the sole discretion and risk of users.

                                 III. Account Registration and Responsibility

​

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.

                                    IV. Rules and Community Guidelines

​

Use of the Service is subject to our Rules and Community Guidelines, which are available within the application and may be updated from time to time. The Rules form an integral part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference. Failure to comply with the Rules may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of your account, without notice and without refund.

                                                  V. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You must not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, exploit, solicit money, distribute explicit or illegal content, or engage in conduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or experience of other users. Determination of violations is at our sole discretion.

                                                  VI. User Content

​

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute such content solely for the operation, moderation, and improvement of the Service. We may remove or restrict content at any time without notice.

                                            VII. Real-Time Interactions

​

The Service enables real-time interactions. We do not monitor, control, or guarantee the behavior, intent, or accuracy of users during such interactions. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with real-time communications.

                                        VIII. Premium Subscription Plans

​

We offer premium subscription plans with the following durations:

i)   1 Month

ii)  3 Months

iii) 6 Months

​

Premium access is time-based, begins upon successful payment, and expires automatically at the end of the subscription period.

                                                 IX. One-Day Pass

​

A One-Day Pass priced at ₹119 provides temporary access to premium features and is valid only until 11:59 PM (IST)on the calendar day of purchase, regardless of purchase time. The pass expires automatically at midnight and cannot be extended or reused.

​

                                            X. Payments and Refunds

​

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of paid features.

                                          XI. No Guarantee of Results

​

Paid or unpaid access does not guarantee matches, conversations, engagement, visibility, or outcomes. Features are provided on an “as available” basis.

                                      XII. Safety and Offline Interactions

​

We do not conduct background checks and are not responsible for user behavior. Any offline meetings or interactions between users occur entirely at their own risk. We assume no liability for harm, loss, or disputes arising from such interactions.

                                          XIII. Zero-Tolerance Policy

​

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, hate speech, threats, impersonation, solicitation, exploitation, or any conduct that endangers users. Enforcement decisions are final.
